Product

One employee. One loop.

Revio SDR is not a sequence builder with an AI label on it. It is a control loop that makes a fresh decision about every prospect, every time something happens. Here is the whole system.

Research

It reads the business before it writes a word

Site, services, reviews, team size, recent changes, and who actually makes the decision. The output is structured, not a summary, so every later step can use it.

  • Pulls the site and reads what they actually sell
  • Reads reviews to find the complaint they keep getting
  • Identifies the owner or the decision maker by name
  • Scores fit against your ideal customer description

Write

Every email is written once, for one business

No templates with the name swapped in. The email references what the research found, which is the only reason a stranger replies to a stranger.

  • Subject, opening, body, and call to action all generated fresh
  • Length and tone chosen to match the business, not a house style
  • Follow up timing decided by engagement, not a fixed day count
  • Stops the moment someone replies

Call

It calls the ones that showed interest

Email is cheap and calls are not, so Revio earns the call. When a prospect opens repeatedly, clicks, or replies, the score crosses the line and the phone rings.

  • Natural pacing, real interruption handling, no robotic script reading
  • Objections answered from your own positioning, not generic rebuttals
  • Books straight into your calendar during the call
  • Full recording, transcript, and summary on the record afterwards

Follow up

It decides what happens next, every time

Email, call, wait, try a different angle, or stop. The decision is made per prospect from everything that has happened so far, then scheduled to the minute.

  • Hot leads called back within the day
  • No answer retried in a different part of the day, up to four times
  • Voicemail switches the channel back to email
  • Quiet leads move to a quarterly nurture instead of being deleted

The difference

Sequence versus loop.

This is the whole argument. Everything else in the product follows from it.

Scoring

You can read every point on the board.

A lead is not hot because a model felt strongly about it. It is hot because a list of things happened, each worth a known number, and they add up.

Scores are recalculated from the recorded events every time, never stored as a running total. That means the number is always reproducible, always explainable, and never drifts.

Why it emails first

Email is the net. Voice is the spear.

Calling every business on a list costs a fortune and reaches almost nobody. Revio emails widely, then spends call minutes only on the prospects that have already shown interest.

ChannelCost per touchUsed for
EmailAbout $0.001Everyone who fits
VoiceAbout $0.15Score 25 and above

Calling 10,000 businesses cold costs around $1,500 and most never answer. Emailing 10,000 and calling the 400 who engaged costs around $70 in call minutes and puts you on the phone with people who already raised a hand.

Connections

Three things to connect. That is the setup.

An employee needs an inbox, a phone, and your calendar. Everything else is optional.

Email

Required

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP

Phone

For voice

Twilio or Telnyx

Calendar

For booking

Google Calendar or Outlook

CRM

Optional

HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel

Revio keeps its own complete record of every prospect, conversation, and call. Connect a CRM only if your team already lives inside one.

See it work before you believe it.

The dashboard is live with sample data. Watch the loop pick actions, score leads, and explain itself.
