AI appointment setting

From interested to booked.

A reply is not a meeting, and "sounds interesting" is not a qualified lead. Revio reads the reply, responds while it still matters, and only books when the basics of a real opportunity are there.

The gap between interest and a meeting is where deals leak

Someone replies with a question on a Tuesday evening. By the time anyone answers, the moment has passed. Or a meeting gets booked with someone who cannot buy, and an hour of your week goes on a conversation that was never going anywhere.

Appointment setting is two jobs done well: respond while the interest is live, and qualify honestly before anything is booked. How automated sales follow-up works covers the parts that most often slip.

How it works

What Revio actually does.

  1. 01

    Read the reply

"Not now", "what does it cost?" and "wrong person" each lead somewhere different.

  2. 02

    Respond while it matters

The next step is ready as soon as the reply is understood, not when someone clears their inbox.

  3. 03

    Qualify

The decision maker, a stated problem, and agreement to a time. Without all three, it is not booked.

  4. 04

    Book

The agreed time is confirmed back on the call and recorded, with the full conversation attached.

  5. 05

    Stop selling

Once the meeting is set, sales outreach to that prospect ends.

Straight answer

What it does, and what it does not.

The second list is the one worth reading. Knowing the edges is how you decide whether to trust the rest.

Does

  • Understands replies and routes each to the right next step
  • Records each meeting with the agreed time and the conversation history attached
  • Repeats the agreed day and time back on the call before booking
  • Stops sales outreach once a meeting is booked
  • Backs its results with a guarantee. The terms are on the pricing page.

Does not

  • Count a vague reply as a booked meeting
  • Book people who have not agreed to a time
  • Keep pitching after the meeting is set
  • Run the meeting for you

Guardrails, enforced in code

The rules it cannot break.

9am to 7pm

Calls and texts only on weekdays, in the prospect's own timezone. Unknown timezone means no call.

AI disclosed

Every call opens by saying it is an AI. It cannot be switched off.

Opt-out wins

One request on any channel stops all of them, ahead of every other decision.

4 · 4 · 2

At most four emails, four calls and two texts per prospect.

Business lines

AI voice only to published business lines, or where consent is recorded.

Fails closed

If a check cannot complete, nothing is sent.

Questions

Asked often.

What makes a meeting qualified?

The decision maker agreed to a scheduled call about a problem they described, and a specific time was agreed.

Does it sync with my calendar?

Not yet. Meetings are recorded in your Revio dashboard with the agreed time and the full conversation. Calendar sync is not built, and we would rather tell you that than have you find out.

What does it do after booking?

It stops selling to that prospect. The meeting and everything that led to it are in your dashboard so you can prepare.
