AI prospecting

Don't start with a list. Start with a reason.

Revio finds businesses that fit your customer, reads each one, and only puts forward the ones with something specific worth saying. Every pick comes with the reason.

Revio reads your site and tells you who to sell to. No card, nothing sent.

A list tells you who exists. It does not tell you who cares.

Most prospecting stops at fit: the right industry, the right size, the right area. That produces thousands of businesses and no reason to contact any of them this month, which is why so much outreach sounds the same.

What makes a stranger reply is a message that could only have been written to them. That needs research, and research is the step that gets skipped once the list is long. How to find high-intent prospects sets out which signals are worth acting on.

How it works

What Revio actually does.

  1. 01

    Define the customer

Industry, size, place, and the situation that makes them need you. Revio can draft this from your site.

  2. 02

    Search

Public business listings and company websites that match the definition.

  3. 03

    Read each business

Their homepage, about and services pages, in their own words.

  4. 04

    Write down the reason

What makes this one worth contacting, or that nothing has been found yet.

  5. 05

    Decide

Strong fit with a clear reason goes forward. Strong fit with no reason waits. Everything else is left alone.

Straight answer

What it does, and what it does not.

The second list is the one worth reading. Knowing the edges is how you decide whether to trust the rest.

Does

  • Finds businesses from your customer description, without a list upload
  • Reads each prospect's own homepage, about and services pages before scoring it
  • Records the specific reason each business was chosen
  • Holds back businesses that fit but show no reason to reach out now
  • Removes duplicates and businesses that appear to be closed

Does not

  • Scrape LinkedIn or automate activity on it
  • Reach into private groups, private messages or anything behind a login
  • Sell or share the prospects it finds for you
  • Treat fitting the profile as a reason on its own
  • Read beyond a prospect's homepage, about and services pages. It does not crawl whole sites.

Guardrails, enforced in code

The rules it cannot break.

9am to 7pm

Calls and texts only on weekdays, in the prospect's own timezone. Unknown timezone means no call.

AI disclosed

Every call opens by saying it is an AI. It cannot be switched off.

Opt-out wins

One request on any channel stops all of them, ahead of every other decision.

4 · 4 · 2

At most four emails, four calls and two texts per prospect.

Business lines

AI voice only to published business lines, or where consent is recorded.

Fails closed

If a check cannot complete, nothing is sent.

Questions

Asked often.

Where does Revio find businesses?

From public business listings, matched against the customer description you give it. It then reads each business's homepage, about page and services page before deciding anything, and keeps what it found so every email can be checked against it.

Can I see why a business was picked?

Yes. Every prospect shows the signals that were found and the reason it was chosen, so you can check the judgement rather than trust it.

What if my market is very small?

Prospecting works best when there are at least a few hundred businesses that could buy. For a short, named list of strategic accounts, individual attention from a person is usually better.
