Selling to roofers

Reach roofers when they have a reason to talk.

Roofing contractors are busy, seasonal and owner-run. Revio finds the ones that fit, reads what they say about themselves, and writes when something on their site gives it a reason: a new service, a second location, a hiring notice.

Revio reads your site and tells you who to sell to. No card, nothing sent.

Or see pricing.

Roofers ignore anything that reads like a list

An owner who is on a roof all day reads email in the truck, and deletes anything that could have gone to a thousand other contractors. What gets an answer is specific: their service area, the work they just added, the problem their own site hints at.

That takes research per business, which is exactly what a team selling to roofers does not have time for at volume.

How it works

What Revio actually does.

  1. 01

    Describe who you sell to

For example: owner-run roofing contractors in Texas with 5 to 30 crew.

  2. 02

    Revio finds them

From public business listings, with each contractor's own website.

  3. 03

    It reads each site

Services, areas served, storm and insurance work, and anything new.

  4. 04

    It writes with a reason

No reason, no email. A changed site is re-read and can give it one later.

  5. 05

    Replies get a call

AI disclosed from the first sentence, then the meeting is booked.

Straight answer

What it does, and what it does not.

The second list is the one worth reading. Knowing the edges is how you decide whether to trust the rest.

Does

  • Reads each contractor's homepage, about and services pages before writing
  • Re-reads quiet prospects' sites weekly and writes again only when something changed
  • Calls with an AI voice that says it is an AI, and only published business lines
  • Sends from your own mailbox and stops on any reply or opt-out

Does not

  • Buy or scrape lists. Businesses come from public business listings and their own sites.
  • Call mobile numbers with an AI voice unless consent has been recorded
  • Promise a number of meetings. It shows you what it did and why.

Guardrails, enforced in code

The rules it cannot break.

9am to 7pm

Calls and texts only on weekdays, in the prospect's own timezone. Unknown timezone means no call.

AI disclosed

Every call opens by saying it is an AI. It cannot be switched off.

Opt-out wins

One request on any channel stops all of them, ahead of every other decision.

4 · 4 · 2

At most four emails, four calls and two texts per prospect.

Business lines

AI voice only to published business lines, or where consent is recorded.

Fails closed

If a check cannot complete, nothing is sent.

Questions

Asked often.

Can I bring my own list of contractors?

Yes. Import a CSV from the dashboard and Revio researches each one before it writes, exactly as it does the ones it finds.

Does it know about storm season?

It knows what each contractor's site says. If a site mentions storm or insurance work, that is research the email may use; if it does not, the email will not claim it.

Can I read the first emails before they go?

Yes. Turn on Approvals and Revio holds the first 5, 10 or 25 for you to read, edit and approve.

See which roofers it would contact.

Give Revio your website and it shows you who fits, before you commit to anything.
