Terms of service.

1. What this covers

These terms govern your use of Revio AI, the outbound platform operated by Revio AI Inc. By creating an account or launching an agent you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. What we provide

Revio provides software that researches businesses, sends email from mailboxes you connect, places telephone calls from numbers we provision, and records the results. We provide the tool. You remain the sender.

3. Your responsibilities

You are the party communicating with your prospects, which means you are responsible for what is sent on your behalf. Specifically, you agree that:

• You have the right to contact the businesses you ask Revio to work, and you will not upload lists you were not permitted to obtain.
• You will not instruct Revio to call a mobile number without prior express written consent from that contact, and you will keep the record of that consent.
• Your offer is accurate. Revio writes about the business you describe, and you are responsible for the truth of that description.
• You will honour every opt out and will not attempt to route around suppression.

Our acceptable use policy forms part of these terms.

4. What we will not do

We will not build or enable features whose purpose is evading spam filters, caller identification, do not call registries, or consent requirements. We may decline or terminate accounts that ask us to.

5. Plans, billing, and overage

Plans bill monthly in advance. Call minutes and prospects worked beyond your plan allowance bill in arrears at the published overage rate. You can set a hard spend ceiling, in which case Revio pauses rather than exceeding it. Cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not prorate partial months.

6. Your data

Your prospects, conversations, recordings, and transcripts belong to you. We process them to operate the service. You can export everything at any time, and deletion removes the associated media as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use the content of your messages to train models for other customers.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime commitment outside Enterprise agreements. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

8. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee meetings, replies, revenue, or any other commercial outcome. Outbound results depend on your offer, your market, and your list, none of which we control. Any figures shown on our website are illustrative or historical and are not a projection of your results.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost pipeline.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account immediately where continuing would expose us or our other customers to legal risk, for example sustained spam complaints or a violation of the acceptable use policy. Where the situation allows, we will contact you first.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least thirty days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
